KEY CLUB FAQ

1. What are dues?

A membership Key Clubbers pay to become official members within their district (California-Nevada-Hawaii) and Key Club International. They are an annual payment of $11.50 (USD). $7.00 is sent to Key Club International while $4.50 is sent to the CNH District. Benefits to becoming a dues-paid member are included but are not limited to recognition and awards, ability to attend large events, access to scholarships, and eligibility to leadership positions.

2. What is Fally Rally North?

Fall Rally North (FRN) happens every October where Key Clubbers in the CNH District located in the northern regions come together for a day full of spirit at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. For more information, please visit FRN under About.

3. How do I record my service hours?

While completing your chosen service event, please take a time-lapse video with a visible record of time shown (timer, physical clock, digital clock, etc). After completion, send your video to any Key Club officer, social handle (Instagram, Messenger, etc), or email to cupertinohskeyclub@gmail.com for credit. 4. Where can I find further division updates?

Join the Division 34 South Purple Penguins Google Group. The link to join can be found on Social Handles.

5. What club and division activities can I involve myself in?

- Club meetings (usually bi-weekly meetings)

- DCM (Division Council Meetings occur every month where members from different school clubs can participate in fun activities and fundraisers. They also include a brief recap of what each school club has been doing over the past month and will be doing in the future month as well as any club or member recognitions)

- FRN (Fally Rally North)

- DWS (A Division-Wide Service where members from any club in our division can participate in service projects or events that often lasts a couple of hours. 

- DCON (The District Convention is an annual event that includes hundreds of clubs from California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Over the course of three days, members will have the opportunity to create new friendships, listen to guest speakers, participate in dances, and many more)

6. When are member meetings?

Member meetings are biweekly (every other week) on Mondays in room 509 during lunch (no more Zoom, yay)!
